The Beaver Dam Tourism Commission presents an Intimate eventing with PETE ROSE, “The Hit King,” on Saturday, February 29 at Ohio County High School in Beaver Dam, KY. Fans will be treated to exciting and interesting stories from Pete about his life & career in baseball, as well as a “Who’s Who” regional sports panel asking Pete questions. Near the end of the show, there will be time for questions from the audience.

200 VIP tickets are available that include reserved seats closest to the stage, a pre-show Meet n Greet reception with Pete, a photo with ‘The Hit King,’ and an Official Rawlings Baseball Signed by Pete Rose. Additional reserved and general admission seating is also available. Ticket prices range from $19.50 to $99.50 and go on sale Wednesday, December 18, at 7AM CST.

Peter Edward "Pete" Rose, Sr. also known by his nickname "Charlie Hustle", is an American former professional baseball player and manager. Rose played in Major League Baseball from 1963 to 1986, and managed from 1984 to 1989.

Rose, a switch hitter, is the all-time MLB leader in hits (4,256), games played (3,562), at-bats (14,053), singles (3,215), and outs (10,328). He won three World Series rings, three batting titles, one Most Valuable Player Award, two Gold Gloves, the Rookie of the Year Award, and also made 17 All-Star appearances at an unequaled five different positions (second baseman, left fielder, right fielder, third baseman, and first baseman). Rose won both of his Gold Gloves as an outfielder in 1969 and 1970.
